Qualifications

• 2+ years of HR Generalist or Talent Management experience.
• Strong PowerPoint presentation skills for executive-ready reports and dashboards.
• Ability to consolidate data from multiple sources and transform datasets into insights using Excel/Tableau.
• Working knowledge of Workday reporting and talent modules for performance, succession and planning.

• Supports Global Talent Management Partner in tracking and reporting enterprise completions statistics and process metrics.
• Identifies data trends and assesses impact to process/program schedules.
• Assists with deployment of enterprise talent management, succession planning and performance management tools and processes.
• Responds to and resolves HR inquiries on Talent processes.
• Analyses talent data to feed into country critical projects.
• Consolidates and coordinates datasets from countries, BUs and functions.
• Creates dashboards, visualizations, and ad-hoc reports to communicate insights.

• Identifies data trends and assesses the impact to process/program schedules.
• Assists with the deployment of enterprise talent management, succession planning and performance management tools and processes.
• Responds and resolves HR inquires on Talent processes.
• Analyses talent data to feed into country critical projects
• Consolidation and coordination of various datasets from countries, BUs and functions.
• Create dashboards, visualizations, and ad-hoc reports to communicate insights.

Your attitudes we value

• 2+ years of HR Generalist or Talent Management experience with an understanding of complete employee lifecycle
• Strong PowerPoint presentation skills with the ability to create executive-ready reports, visual summaries, and data-driven storytelling for leadership stakeholders
• Ability to consolidate data from multiple sources and transform complex datasets into meaningful insights using Excel, Tableau, and other reporting tools
• Working knowledge of Workday reporting, data extraction, and talent management modules to support performance, succession, and workforce planning initiatives
• Strong Analytical Skill and ability to: collect, organize, synthesize, and analyze data; summarize findings; from appropriate data sources
• Attention to detail: meticulous validation and reconciliation of employee record
