Qualifications

• Опыт управления проектами от идеи до реализации.
• Будет плюсом: опыт в финансовых услугах, SharePoint.

The Stakeholder Management and Collaboration Team designs client-oriented messaging and improves data analysis to help stakeholders make efficient, timely decisions. It drives standardization, consistency, automation, and process improvement across the broader team.

Задачи:

• Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, metrics reporting, and data visualizations to support business decision-making
• Analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and actionable insights
• Translate complex data into clear presentations and stakeholder-facing content
• Partner with stakeholders to define requirements and deliver reporting and analytics solutions that address business needs
• Enhance SharePoint sites and collaboration tools to improve accessibility, communication, and user experience
• Support automation, process improvement, and standardization initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce manual effort
• Evaluate and implement new technologies, tools, and data sources to enhance reporting and collaboration capabilities
• Assess risks in business decisions, protect the firm's reputation and its clients and assets, drive compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, adhere to policy, apply sound ethical judgment, and elevate, manage, and transparently report control issues

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 3–8 Years of experience in business analytics, BI, reporting, or digital content
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to turn complex data into actionable business insights
• Hands‑on experience designing and building interactive dashboards, scorecards, and visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent platforms
• Exceptional presentation and storytelling skills, with the ability to deliver clear insights to diverse audiences
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft 365
• Skilled at partnering with cross‑functional stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions
• Experience managing end‑to‑end projects, driving process improvement, and delivering workflow automation initiatives
• Self‑starter with strong attention to detail, visual design and UX skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities independently and collaboratively

Base salary: 151 920,00 zł - 258 680,00 zł
