Calan is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead end-to-end recruitment for specialist and managerial roles across Poland, managing a recruitment team and partnering with local HR leadership and global structures. You will oversee budgeting, analytics, and local job fairs, and report to the HR Director while driving EB initiatives and regional HR projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in talent acquisition, preferably in logistics/TSL.
• Sourcing and interviewing candidates effectively.
• Proven direct search experience (LinkedIn and similar networks).
• Experience with ATS and recruitment analytics tools.
• Ability to analyze labor market data and recruitment metrics.
• Experience in regional or international environments.
• Fluent English (minimum B2).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.

Our client is a leading logistics and transport company with a strong presence in Poland and internationally. With more than 400 employees in Poland the company is experiencing continuous growth and is looking to strengthen its HR leadership team.

Your Role

As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will independently manage end-to-end recruitment processes for specialist and managerial positions across Poland, managing a team of recruiters and partnering closely with local HR leadership and global structures. You will also collaborate with international teams on tools, employer branding, and internal mobility initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Creating recruitment strategy and leading end-to-end recruitment processes
• Cooperating with temporary work agencies, recruitment firms, labor offices, and universities
• Independently sourcing passive candidates through direct search
• Preparing and managing the recruitment budget
• Supporting managers with labor market trends and workforce analytics
• Developing and implementing employer branding (EB) strategies and representing the company at job fairs
• Managing and developing the recruitment team
• Regular reporting to the HR Director
• Participating in local and regional HR projects

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role – preferably in the TSL (transport, shipping, logistics) sector
• Proficiency in candidate sourcing and conducting job interviews
• Strong experience in direct search (e.g., LinkedIn)
• Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR analytics tools
• Ability to analyze labor market data and recruitment performance metrics
• Experience working in a regional/international environment
• Fluency in English (minimum B2 level)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across all organizational levels
