Goldman Recruitment - Executive Search / Search & Selection is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist with German and Spanish to drive end-to-end recruitment across European markets. You will manage direct sourcing, interview candidates, and coordinate with international HR teams to align hiring with business goals.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• German at least B2 level; English B2; Spanish working knowledge.
• Experience with direct sourcing and engaging passive candidates.
• Skilled in interviewing and evaluating candidates for roles.

Responsabilités

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for operational and commercial roles in transport, sales and business development.
• Source candidates via direct search, LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels.
• Identify passive candidates and build long-term relationships.
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates' skills and motivation.
• Present opportunities to candidates and maintain positive candidate experience.
• Coordinate with international HR teams and senior management on hiring priorities.

Talent Acquisition Specialist with German & Spanish (m/f)

For our Client, an international company operating in the transport and logistics sector, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist with German & Spanish to support the organisation’s growth by attracting and recruiting talent across European markets. This is an excellent opportunity for a recruitment professional who enjoys managing recruitment processes independently, takes a proactive approach to talent sourcing and knows how to build relationships with candidates who may not be actively looking for a new career opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• managing end-to-end recruitment processes for operational and commercial positions, particularly within transport operations, sales and business development,
• actively sourcing and attracting candidates through direct search methods, LinkedIn Recruiter and other available sourcing tools and channels,
• identifying and approaching passive candidates, initiating conversations and building long-term professional relationships,
• conducting recruitment interviews, assessing candidates’ skills, professional experience and motivations, and evaluating their suitability for the organisation’s needs,
• presenting career opportunities to potential candidates and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process,
• working closely with the international HR team, Team Leaders and senior management to understand recruitment needs, define priorities and align hiring strategies with business objectives,
• managing multiple recruitment processes simultaneously, monitoring progress and ensuring recruitment targets are achieved,
• maintaining accurate candidate records, updating recruitment systems and providing regular updates on the progress of ongoing recruitment processes.

Requirements:

• at least 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar talent acquisition role,
• German – minimum B2 level , enabling effective communication with candidates,
• English – minimum B2 level , essential for conducting recruitment interviews and communicating with international stakeholders and senior management,
• Spanish – good working knowledge , enabling effective day-to-day communication with the HR team in Spain and internal stakeholders,
• practical experience in active candidate sourcing, particularly direct search, with the ability to engage professionals who are not actively looking for a new job,
• strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously,
• a proactive, independent and results-oriented approach, combined with excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
• familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and Microsoft Excel,
• experience in the transport or logistics industry will be a significant advantage, as will experience recruiting across different European markets.
