Zusammenfassung

Goldman Recruitment is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist with German and Spanish to drive end-to-end recruitment across Europe from Poland. You will source candidates actively, interview, and collaborate with the international HR team and senior leaders to align hiring with business goals.

The role requires at least 2 years in recruitment, strong German and English (B2), and good Spanish, with remote work from Poland and exposure to multiple markets.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar talent acquisition role.
• German – minimum B2 level for candidate communication.
• English – minimum B2 level for recruitment interviews and international stakeholders.
• Spanish – good working knowledge for day-to-day HR interactions with Spain.
• Experience in active candidate sourcing, especially direct search.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple recruitment processes.

Aufgaben

• Managing end-to-end recruitment processes for operational and commercial roles, especially within transport operations, sales and business development.
• Actively sourcing and attracting candidates through direct search methods, LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels.
• Identifying and approaching passive candidates, initiating conversations and building long-term relationships.
• Conducting recruitment interviews and evaluating candidates' skills and motivations.
• Presenting career opportunities and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
• Collaborating with the international HR team, Team Leaders and senior management to align hiring strategies with business needs.
• Managing multiple recruitment processes simultaneously and monitoring progress to meet targets.
• Maintaining accurate candidate records and updating recruitment systems with ongoing progress.

Requirements

• at least 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar talent acquisition role,
• German – minimum B2 level, enabling effective communication with candidates,
• English – minimum B2 level, essential for conducting recruitment interviews and communicating with international stakeholders and senior management,
• Spanish – good working knowledge, enabling effective day-to-day communication with the HR team in Spain and internal stakeholders,
• practical experience in active candidate sourcing, particularly direct search, with the ability to engage professionals who are not actively looking for a new job,
• strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously,
• a proactive, independent and results-oriented approach, combined with excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
• familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and Microsoft Excel,
• experience in the transport or logistics industry will be a significant advantage, as will experience recruiting across different European markets.

Responsibilities

• actively sourcing and attracting candidates through direct search methods, LinkedIn Recruiter and other available sourcing tools and channels,
• identifying and approaching passive candidates, initiating conversations and building long-term professional relationships,
• conducting recruitment interviews, assessing candidates’ skills, professional experience and motivations, and evaluating their suitability for the organisation’s needs,
• presenting career opportunities to potential candidates and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process,
• working closely with the international HR team, Team Leaders and senior management to understand recruitment needs, define priorities and align hiring strategies with business objectives,
• managing multiple recruitment processes simultaneously, monitoring progress and ensuring recruitment targets are achieved,
• maintaining accurate candidate records, updating recruitment systems and providing regular updates on the progress of ongoing recruitment processes.
