TAelio is seeking a Senior Recruitment Specialist to join our team in Kraków, focusing on talent acquisition for the German and Austrian markets. You will manage high-volume recruitment with global ATS/HRMS experience and fluency in German at C1 level.

You will independently run sourcing, screening, and stakeholder collaboration, ensuring timely onboarding and KPI delivery in a hybrid work model (one day per week in the office).

• 4+ years of professional recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience with global ATS/HRMS (UKG, Workday, Avature, Taleo).
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, filters) and Outlook.
• German at C1 level and English fluency.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume recruitment.

Responsabilidades

• Screen candidates, including reviewing tool-based pre-recorded interviews.
• Prepare and maintain recruitment funnel reports.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define workforce needs and role requirements.
• Lead extensive sourcing and screening for high-volume roles.
• Develop sourcing strategies via portals, social media, referrals, headhunting.
• Manage internal employee referrals.
• Ensure new hire setup in HRIS (e.g., Workday) and Day 1 readiness.
• Handle exceptions and high-priority cases (leadership hires, onboarding delays).
• Communicate updates to candidates and hiring managers.
• Monitor KPIs like time-to-fill, quality of hire, candidate satisfaction.

We are currently looking for a Senior Recruitment Specialist to join our client's team.

Salary starts at PLN 11,000 gross per month.

The ideal candidate has solid professional experience in talent acquisition and recruitment and communicates confidently in German at a minimum C1 level. The role focuses on recruitment activities across the German and Austrian markets.

We are seeking a reliable, proactive, and experienced professional who can independently manage recruitment processes and contribute to efficient talent acquisition operations.

Responsibilities

• Screen candidates, including reviewing tool-based pre-recorded interviews.
• Prepare and maintain recruitment funnel reports.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand workforce needs and role requirements.
• Lead extensive sourcing and screening activities for high-volume recruitment.
• Develop sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, referrals, and headhunting techniques to improve recruitment outcomes.
• Manage internal employee referrals.
• Ensure new hire setup is completed in the Human Resource Management System (e.g., Workday) and coordinate Day 1 readiness, including employee ID creation and system access.
• Manage exceptions and high-priority cases (e.g., leadership hires, delayed onboarding cases) and follow through to resolution.
• Communicate proactively with candidates and hiring managers regarding updates and required actions.
• Monitor recruitment and onboarding KPIs, including time-to-fill, quality of hire, and candidate satisfaction.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of professional experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Strong expertise in talent acquisition, particularly sourcing and candidate screening.
• Experience with global Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS), such as UKG, Workday, Avature, or Taleo.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, filters, recruitment trackers) and Outlook.
• German at C1 level and fluency in English.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume recruitment processes.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
