Job summary

ManpowerGroup in Poland is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Sourcer to identify and engage qualified candidates across Europe. You will work with recruiters and hiring managers to support hiring needs while building strong talent pipelines and influencing sourcing strategies.

The role emphasizes active sourcing, talent mapping, and candidate engagement, with the bonus of German language skills being an advantage.

Qualifications

• Experience in active sourcing, talent mapping, and engaging candidates.
• Experience recruiting for technical, engineering, manufacturing, or blue‑collar roles is a strong advantage.
• Strong online sourcing skills and familiarity with recruitment tools.
• German language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Proactively sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, social media, talent databases, and other channels.
• Building and maintaining strong talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs across Europe.
• Identifying passive candidates and generating interest in opportunities.
• Collaborating with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to develop effective sourcing strategies.
• Conducting talent mapping and providing market insights on candidate availability and hiring trends.
• Supporting Talent Acquisition projects and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

What you'll do:

As a Talent Acquisition Sourcer, you will play a key role in identifying and engaging qualified candidates while partnering closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to support hiring needs across Europe.

What we're looking for
