Job summary

Goldman Recruitment is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist with Spanish for a 100% remote role based in Poland. You will lead end-to-end recruitment for operations and commercial roles, actively sourcing candidates through direct search and LinkedIn Recruiter, engaging passive candidates and interviewing international senior management.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar talent acquisition role.
• Very good command of English for interviews and communication with international senior management.
• Good command of Spanish for day-to-day communication with HR team and internal stakeholders.
• Experience with direct candidate sourcing and passive candidate engagement.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and Microsoft Excel.
• Experience recruiting across European markets is advantageous.
• Strong organisational, proactive, independent and results-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for operational and commercial roles.
• Source and attract candidates via direct search, LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels.
• Identify passive candidates, initiate conversations and build long-term relationships.
• Conduct recruitment interviews, assess skills and motivations, and present opportunities to candidates.
• Collaborate with international HR team, team leaders and senior management to align hiring strategies.
• Coordinate multiple processes, monitor progress and meet recruitment targets.

Requirements

• at least 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar talent acquisition role,
• good command of Spanish, enabling effective day-to-day communication with the HR team and internal stakeholders,
• very good command of English, essential for conducting recruitment interviews and communicating confidently with international senior management,
• practical experience in active candidate sourcing, particularly direct search, with the ability to engage professionals who are not actively looking for a new job,
• knowledge of an additional European language will be considered a strong advantage,
• strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously,
• a proactive, independent and results-oriented approach, combined with excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
• familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and Microsoft Excel,
• experience in the transport or logistics industry will be a significant advantage, as will experience recruiting across different European markets.

Responsibilities

• managing end-to-end recruitment processes for operational and commercial positions, particularly within transport operations, sales and business development,
• actively sourcing and attracting candidates through direct search methods, LinkedIn Recruiter and other available sourcing tools and channels,
• identifying and approaching passive candidates, initiating conversations and building long-term professional relationships,
• conducting recruitment interviews, assessing candidates’ skills, professional experience and motivations, and evaluating their suitability for the organisation’s needs,
• presenting career opportunities to potential candidates and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process,
• working closely with the international HR team, Team Leaders and senior management to understand recruitment needs, define priorities and align hiring strategies with business objectives,
• managing multiple recruitment processes simultaneously, monitoring progress and ensuring recruitment targets are achieved,
• maintaining accurate candidate records, updating recruitment systems and providing regular updates on the progress of ongoing recruitment processes.
