Six is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist in Warsaw to join our Global Talent Acquisition Team. You will own end-to-end recruitment across IT and Fintech areas, build strong pipelines, and partner with stakeholders to drive hiring in a fast-paced, international environment.

You will source and engage talent across multiple channels, coordinate interviews, and contribute to process improvements while maintaining data accuracy and aligning priorities with business needs.

Qualifikationen

• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment for IT and Fintech roles in the UK.
• Hands-on sourcing and building talent pipelines through diverse channels.
• Global mindset with experience in distributed teams across countries and cultures.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English is required; additional languages such as German or Spanish are desirable.

• Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment for IT and Fintech roles in the UK, applying structured recruitment methods across the full hiring cycle. Experience in other global locations is an advantage.
• Hands‑on experience with active sourcing and building strong talent pipelines through a variety of tools and channels.
• A global mindset, with experience working in distributed teams across countries and cultures.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
• Fluent English is required to support communication in an international environment. Additional languages such as German or Spanish are desirable.
