Alexander Mann Solutions in Kraków is seeking a German-speaking recruiter specialized in the DACH market. You will partner with recruiters to deliver high-quality candidate experiences and lead proactive sourcing across traditional and non-traditional channels.

Qualifications

• Fluent German and expertise of the DACH market.
• Demonstrated headhunting or candidate attraction experience.
• Strong sourcing via Boolean search and digital tools.
• Ability to manage multiple searches and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytics and data-driven mindset.
• Independent and accountable with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Recruiters to deliver high-quality candidate and hiring manager experience.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies aligned to client needs.
• Contribute market knowledge to recruitment discussions and vacancy briefs.

• Drive creative and non-linear sourcing through conventional and unconventional channels.
• Deliver high-quality, well-engaged candidate shortlists with complete information.
• Provide clear recommendations on shortlisted candidates.
• Maintain timely communication with Recruitment Partners and Hiring Managers.
• Ensure a consistent pipeline for each open role.

For this a role we need an individual with fluent German and expertise of the DACH market.

Key Accountabilities

What you’ll do:

• Collaborate closely with Recruiters to deliver a high‑quality candidate and hiring manager experience.
• Use your sourcing expertise to develop and execute effective sourcing strategies aligned to client needs.
• Apply your market knowledge and talent intelligence to contribute to recruitment discussions and vacancy briefing calls.
• Use Boolean search techniques across LinkedIn, company websites and other sourcing tools to identify and engage diverse talent.
• Drive creative and non‑linear sourcing approaches using both conventional and unconventional channels.
• Deliver high‑quality, well‑engaged candidate shortlists with accurate and complete information to support informed hiring decisions.
• Use your advisory skills to provide clear recommendations on shortlisted candidates.
• Maintain timely, proactive communication with Recruitment Partners and Hiring Managers across levels.
• Ensure a consistent pipeline and flow of relevant candidates for each open role.

Skills & Requirements

• Ability to manage multiple searches, priorities and stakeholders in a fast‑paced environment.

True headhunting mindset. Demonstrated experience in sourcing, headhunting, or candidate attraction.

Experienced with Boolean search techniques and digital sourcing tools, or strong learning agility to build expertise quickly.

• Strength in stakeholder management, with the ability to influence and partner with senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills, with a data‑driven and inquisitive mindset.
• Ability to work independently, deliver results with minimal supervision and maintain accountability.
