Job summary

Flex is seeking a Talent Acquisition Business Partner who can connect top talent with exciting opportunities across Europe, primarily for German-speaking roles.

You will manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple locations, craft engaging job ads, screen candidates, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers while delivering market insights and an exceptional candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Fluent German, English, and Polish language skills.
• Multiple years of experience in a similar field.
• Bachelor's degree is an advantage.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Passion for delivering an outstanding candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for a variety of white-collar positions.
• Create engaging job advertisements and sourcing strategies.
• Screen candidates and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Provide market insights on talent availability, salary trends, and recruitment best practices.
• Maintain an excellent candidate experience through clear communication and timely feedback.
• Build and nurture talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
• Conduct competency-based interviews and provide hiring recommendations.
• Partner with stakeholders on offers, hiring decisions, and recruitment planning.
• Promote employer brand and represent the company at recruitment events.
• Ensure compliance with recruitment processes and support continuous improvement initiatives.
