Job summary

Goldman Recruitment is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist with French to support recruitment processes and talent management operations in an international business services environment.

You will conduct initial screenings, perform sourcing, document feedback, and coordinate with external vendors. The role requires strong organizational skills, data privacy awareness, and the ability to handle complex cases in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, Talent Acquisition or Talent Operations including screening, workflow coordination, quality checks or reporting.
• A university degree or equivalent practical experience; background in HR, Talent Acquisition, Business or Analytics is an advantage.
• Good understanding of ATS systems, candidate workflows and talent administration processes.

• knowledge of candidate data privacy, confidentiality requirements and hiring controls,
• strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to handle complex operational cases and support colleagues,
• fluency in French and English (minimum C1 level).
