Responsabilités

• Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and offer management.
• Proactively identify, attract, and engage qualified candidates through various sourcing channels.
• Recruit for both white-collar and blue-collar positions across the French market.
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders, providing recruitment advice and market insights.
• Conduct candidate interviews and assessments to evaluate skills, experience, and suitability.
• Manage multiple recruitment activities while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activities in the ATS.
• Collaborate with international recruitment teams to meet hiring objectives and service level agreements (SLAs).

We are looking for an experienced French Speaking Recruiter to join our international Talent Acquisition team, supporting recruitment activities for a global client in the renewable energy sector. This is a fully remote position based in Portugal or Poland, offering the opportunity to work in a dynamic, international environment and support recruitment activities across the French market. The successful candidate will manage end-to-end recruitment processes for both white-collar and blue-collar positions, working closely with hiring managers and key stakeholders to deliver an excellent recruitment experience.
