Zusammenfassung

Infosys Poland is seeking a recruiters/talent operations professional to manage screening, market mapping and candidate identification. You will coordinate with agencies, ensure data accuracy in the ATS, and support the end-to-end recruitment process from first interview to offer.

The role requires fluent German and English, a graduate degree, and the ability to coach associates while handling complex operational cases. Hybrid/remote work within Poland is available.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of recruitment or talent operations experience.
• Graduate degree or equivalent; HR/talent analytics preferred.
• Strong understanding of ATS/ERP, candidate workflow and reporting.

• Conduct first-round screening interviews and provide summaries.
• Execute direct-search research, market mapping and ID support.
• Consolidate and analyze interview feedback in the system.
• Coordinate cooperation with agencies and administrative tasks.
• Guide candidates through recruitment, including background checks.
• Ensure ATS data accuracy and process compliance.
• Monitor service levels and candidate experience, update procedures.

Jobbeschreibung

• 4+ years of recruitment or talent operations experience, including complex workflow coordination, screening, quality review or reporting.
• Graduate degree or equivalent practical experience; HR, talent acquisition, business or analytics discipline preferred
• Strong understanding of ATS/ERP, candidate workflow and talent-administration processes, Microsoft Office and reporting tools
• Working knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors / HCM, relevant SuccessFactors modules, HR4You (ServiceNow HRSD) would be an asset
• Experience with structured screening, market mapping, feedback analysis and vendor coordination
• Knowledge of candidate privacy, talent-data confidentiality and hiring controls
• Ability to coach associates and manage complex operational cases
• Fluency in German and English (min C1 level)

RESPONSIBILITIES

Your key activities:

• Conduct first round or screening interviews and provide structured screening summaries and candidate shortlists.
• Execute direct-search research, market mapping and candidate-identification support.
• Consolidate and analyze interview feedback in the recruiting system.
• Coordinate cooperation with recruitment agencies and related administrative activities
• Coordinate candidates through the recruitment process, including background checks and offer preparation.
• Ensure recruitment data in the ATS is accurate and complete and coordinate any required corrections.
• Monitor recruitment service levels and candidate experience, address recurring issues and keep recruitment procedures up to date.
