Girteka приглашает на должность Talent Acquisition Specialist (Part-time) в Варшаве. Ваша задача — управлять полным циклом найма на административные роли и выступать стратегическим советником для бизнеса, предлагая рыночные инсайты и планы по рабочей силе.

Кандидат должен иметь опыт 2+ лет в полном цикле найма, владение английским и русским языками, польский — как родной. В компании предусмотрены обучение, соцпакет и участие в командных мероприятиях.

Qualifications

• Бакалавр в HR/бизнес-администрировании или близкой области.
• Опыт 2+ лет полного цикла найма, с упором на административные back-office/операционные роли.
• Эксперт в источниках, оценке и найме на разных уровнях.
• Понимание локальных и международных рынков талантов.
• Сильные навыки управления заинтересованными сторонами; умение влиять и консультировать руководство.
• Свободное владение английским и русским языками.
• Знание польского языка как родного

Responsibilities

• Вести поиск и отбор кандидатов на административные роли.
• Обеспечивать своевременные и качественные наймы.
• Консультировать менеджеров по найму, предоставлять рыночные данные и стратегические рекомендации.
• Строить и поддерживать крепкие кадровые конвейеры.
• Использовать разнообразные каналы поиска: сайты вакансий, LinkedIn, рекомендации, мероприятия.
• Гарантировать прозрачный и профессиональный опыт кандидата на всех этапах.
• Сотрудничать с руководителями по планированию рабочей силы и компетентностям.
• Аналитика ATS для оценки эффективности и повышения скорости найма.

The Talent Acquisition Specialist(Part-time) is responsible for driving end-to-end recruitment for Administrative roles while acting as a strategic advisor to the business. This role partners closely with hiring managers to deliver high-quality talent, provide market insights, and support workforce planning in a fast-paced, growing environment.

• Own and drive end-to-end recruitment.
• Ensuring timely delivery and high-quality hires.
• Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers by providing market insights, talent availability data, and strategic recruitment recommendations.
• Proactively build and manage strong talent pipelines across business functions.
• Leverage diverse sourcing channels including job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, niche communities, and industry events.
• Ensure a transparent, professional, and engaging candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment journey.
• Partner closely with business leaders on workforce planning, role definition, competency frameworks, and assessment approaches.
• Use ATS data and recruitment analytics to track performance, optimize processes, and continuously improve efficiency and scalability.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 2+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience, with a strong focus on Administrative back office and operations roles.
• Proven expertise in sourcing, assessing, and hiring in all levels.
• Solid understanding of local/international talent markets.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence, advise, and partner with business leaders.
• Proficiency in English and Russian.
• Polish native speaker.
