Job summary

Girteka Group in Warsaw is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist (Part-time) to drive end-to-end recruitment for administrative roles. You will partner with hiring managers, provide market insights, and help workforce planning in a fast-growing environment.

You will build talent pipelines, source through diverse channels, ensure a professional candidate experience, and use data to optimize processes. The role offers a competitive base salary of 7,500–8,000 PLN gross monthly with a quarterly

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 2+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience, with focus on Administrative back office and operations roles.
• Proven expertise in sourcing, assessing, and hiring at all levels.
• Solid understanding of local/international talent markets.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence business leaders.
• Proficiency in English and Russian; Polish native speaker.

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Specialist(Part-time)is responsible for driving end-to-end recruitment for Administrative roles while acting as a strategic advisor to the business. This role partners closely with hiring managers to deliver high-quality talent, provide market insights, and support workforce planning in a fast-paced, growing environment.

• Own and drive end-to-end recruitment.Ensuring timely delivery and high-quality hires.
• Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers by providing market insights, talent availability data, and strategic recruitment recommendations.
• Proactively build and manage strong talent pipelines across business functions.
• Leverage diverse sourcing channels including job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, niche communities, and industry events.
• Ensure a transparent, professional, and engaging candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment journey.
• Partner closely with business leaders on workforce planning, role definition, competency frameworks, and assessment approaches.
• Use ATS data and recruitment analytics to track performance, optimize processes, and continuously improve efficiency and scalability.

What you will do:

Base monthly salary:From 7 500 to 8 000 zł Gross/monthly. A quarterly performance-based bonus is available after the probation period, depending on individual and company results. The final offer will depend on the cadnidate's experience, competencies and overall fir for the role
