Job summary

ManpowerGroup Talent Solutions is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our tech recruitment team. You will manage end-to-end recruitment for technology roles across the Nordics and Poland, combining strong sourcing with proactive headhunting in a fast-paced environment.

You will partner with hiring managers and key stakeholders, build and maintain talent pipelines, provide market intelligence, and ensure an outstanding candidate and hiring manager experience while delivering

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of end-to-end technology recruitment experience.
• Proven sourcing, search and headhunting for technical roles.
• Experience recruiting across Nordic countries in international environments.
• Experience handling high-volume recruitment and multiple open positions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluent in Polish and English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle from intake meetings and sourcing strategy to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Proactively source and headhunt top technology talent using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing channels.

• Act as a trusted advisor to the business on recruitment strategy and market trends.

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluent Polish and English,both written and spoken.
