Responsibilities

• Осуществлять процесс онбординга и продвижения сотрудников.
• Обеспечивать своевременное обновление статусов сотрудников/кандидатов
• Составлять и рассылать оферы и трудовые договоры
• Выступать liaison между бизнес-стейкхолдерами и партнёрами TA
• Гарантировать качество данных и организовывать вводные сессии onboarding

Описание:

The Recruiting / Onboarding Coordinator's position is responsible for providing operations support services, including but not limited to; record/documentation maintenance, storage & retrieval of records, account maintenance, imaging and registering new hires / employees promoted in coordination with the Operations - Core Team. Additionally, the Recruiting Coordinator strictly works with TA partners to ensure smooth recruitment / onboarding process and provide superb candidates and Hiring Managers' experience.

• Perform Onboarding and Promotion process for new hires / employees in Citi Solutions Centre Poland
• Provide regular status updates for new hires / employees promoted
• Generate offer letters and employment agreements
• Serve as primary liaison between the key business stakeholders and TA partners
• Ensure data quality / accuracy
• Create and facilitate Onboarding sessions
• Being responsible for superb candidates' experience
• Registering job changes in systems (Workday and TETA)
• Completes all tasks in connection with the organization’s activity but not detailed in the current job description, charged by the direct manager, supervisor, or the functional head.
• Schedule interviews between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers, ensuring availability alignment
• Manage interview calendars, reschedule meetings when necessary, and communicate schedule changes in a timely manner
• Send interview invitations, calendar requests, and relevant meeting details to all participants
• Ensure a smooth candidate experience by providing clear instructions, timely updates, and interview-related information

• Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
