Job summary

Allegro is seeking a Talent Acquisition professional to own end-to-end recruitment for defined business areas, from sourcing to closing candidates. You will build a strong pipeline across multiple channels and partner with hiring managers to craft accurate job descriptions and efficient interview processes.

Qualifications

  • Have at least 3 years experience in a TA team.
  • Have previous experience working in a corporate environment.
  • Want to work in an international team where you will communicate daily in English.
  • Are innovative and proactive.
  • You put the emphasis on operational excellence and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned positions within the assigned business area, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
  • Proactively identify, engage, and build a pipeline of qualified candidates through multiple sourcing channels (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, networking).
  • Contribute to building and maintaining the company's employer brand by providing an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Partner with hiring managers to create accurate job descriptions, understand team needs, and refine interview processes.
  • Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and cultural fit.
  • Track recruitment metrics and KPIs to optimize sourcing and hiring strategies.
  • Present recruitment process results and outcomes in a structured and compelling manner to stakeholders.

Your main responsibilities:
