We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who will support the continued growth of realcore® Industry & Materials (RCIM).
Your main responsibility will be managing end-to-end recruitment processes for realcore® Industry & Materials Poland and Slovenia. As our organisation grows, the role may gradually expand to support recruitment needs in other RCIM locations.
The position also offers an opportunity to contribute to selected employer branding, candidate experience, culture and employee engagement initiatives.

Responsibilities
- Managing end-to-end recruitment processes for realcore® Industry & Materials Poland and Slovenia
- Supporting recruitment for other RCIM locations, depending on organisational growth and business needs
- Working closely with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and define candidate profiles
- Preparing and publishing job advertisements
- Actively sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, databases, referrals and other relevant channels
- Screening applications and conducting initial interviews
- Coordinating interviews, candidate communication and the selection process
- Supporting hiring managers in candidate evaluation and offer preparation
- Building talent pipelines for key SAP, IT, consulting and business roles
- Ensuring a professional and consistent candidate experience
- Monitoring recruitment progress and providing regular status updates
- Cooperating with recruitment agencies, universities and other external partners when required

Requirements
- At least 2-3 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably including SAP roles
- Practical experience in independently managing end-to-end recruitment processes
- Experience in actively sourcing specialised technology profiles
- Good understanding of IT roles and the ability to assess candidates' experience during initial interviews
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- A proactive, organised and solution-oriented approach
- Ability to manage several recruitment processes simultaneously
- Very good command of English and Polish
- Openness to working with international teams and different talent markets
- Interest in developing within employer branding, candidate experience or organisational culture
Nice to have
- Familiarity with the SAP talent market and its key functional and technical profiles
- Experience in recruiting for IT consulting or professional services organisations
- Experience in an international organisation
- Knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS platforms
- Experience with employer branding, university cooperation or employee engagement initiatives
- Knowledge of German or Slovenian
