Job summary

REALCORE INDUSTRY & MATERIALS POLAND SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to support growth across Poland and Slovenia. You will manage end-to-end recruitment processes and partner with hiring managers to build strong candidate pipelines.

This role offers opportunities to contribute to employer branding, candidate experience, and culture initiatives within an international organisation, with employment under a standard contract.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of IT recruitment experience.
• Experience independently managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Experience sourcing specialist IT profiles, including SAP roles.
• Strong English and Polish language skills.
• Comfort working with international teams and hiring managers.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Poland and Slovenia.
• Support recruitment for additional RCIM locations as needed.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define candidate profiles.
• Publish job advertisements and actively source candidates.
• Screen applications, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate the interview process.
• Assist in candidate evaluation and offer preparation.
• Build talent pipelines for SAP, IT, consulting and business roles.
• Ensure a professional candidate experience and timely updates.
• Liaise with agencies, universities and external partners as required.
