Job summary

V.Group is seeking a Recruitment Partner to lead the end-to-end process for multiple roles in a dynamic, international environment. You will partner with hiring managers to translate role requirements into targeted search strategies and manage candidate pipelines from screening through to offer and pre-boarding.

You will source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn and CV databases, conduct interviews and ensure a smooth, compliant process while upholding a high standard of candidate

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in an in-house or agency recruitment role.
• Solid understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from role briefing to offer management and pre-boarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and candidate profiles.
• Source candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, CV databases and other channels.
• Screen applications and conduct telephone or video interviews to assess suitability.
• Provide a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the process.
• Maintain up-to-date ATS records with data accuracy and compliance.
• Advise hiring managers on recruitment best practice, processes and timelines.
• Ensure recruitment activity complies with local legislation, V.Group policy and values.
• Contribute to team reporting and KPI tracking.
• Support the wider TA team with projects and initiatives.
