Job summary

Glorium Technologies Corp seeks a high-performing Talent Acquisition Specialist to leverage AI-driven automation for fast, high-quality hires across Europe, the US, and LATAM. You will partner with stakeholders, translate complex requirements into precise profiles, and manage a busy tech/non-tech slate with a data-driven approach to improve conversion and ROI.

You will own the candidate journey, ensure compliant hiring practices, and support offer management and onboarding.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-cycle IT recruitment experience across tech and non-tech roles in international companies.
• Strong screening and assessment skills to evaluate hard/soft skills, motivation and culture fit.
• Ability to extract requirements from hiring managers and translate them into candidate profiles and strategies.
• Proven track record closing roles in EU, US or LATAM markets.
• Comfortable with recruitment analytics and using data to drive decisions.
• Hands-on with AI tools: write prompts, automate sourcing and outreach, review AI outputs.

Job description

We are looking for a high-performing, result-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist who leverages artificial intelligence to work smarter, move faster, and deliver measurable hiring outcomes. You will join an international recruitment team (4 TASs, 1 Dedicated Sourcer, and a TA Lead) operating in a fast-paced IT Service environment across Europe, the US, and LATAM.We are an AI-first recruitment team: if a manual task can be automated, we automate it. Your focus will be on high-impact activities—building strong stakeholder relationships, closing complex tech/non-tech roles, and continuously refining our hiring stack using AI to eliminate routine and maximize your conversion rates.

A new team member will be in charge of:

• Manage 4 -6 active tech and non-tech roles (workload dynamically adjusted based on seniority and urgency).
• Continuously identify and implement AI-driven automations across your recruiting workflow.
• Act as a strategic partner to external clients and internal managers. Lead intake calls, translate complex client requirements into precise Job Profiles, and evaluate tech stacks using competency matrices.
• Drive a fast, highly responsive candidate journey, ensuring swift feedback loops and maintaining an exceptional candidate experience through clear communication.
• Own your recruitment funnel in Teamtailor ATS. Use hiring metrics to identify pipeline bottlenecks, optimize conversion rates at every stage, and maximize sourcing ROI.
• Ensure location and hiring compliance (verifying if candidate location, tax/legal status, and work setup comply with specific regional requirements).
• Facilitate the offer management and onboarding process, ensuring smooth coordination between the candidate and internal teams .
• Continuously identify and implement AI-driven automations across your recruiting workflow to eliminate routine and stay focused on high-impact work.

• 2+ years of full-cycle IT recruitment experience (tech & non-tech roles across various seniority levels) in international company.
• Strong screening and assessment skills — you're able to evaluate hard skills, soft skills, motivation, and cultural fit in a single structured conversation.
• Proven ability to extract and synthesize both technical and non-technical requirements from hiring managers, translating them into realistic, achievable candidate profiles and tailored recruitment strategies, navigate location-based compliance rules, and manage end-to-end candidate onboarding.
• Demonstrated experience in building respected relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
• A proven record of achieving hiring goals and closing roles in EU, US, or LATAM markets.
• Comfortable with recruitment analytics - you use that data to make decisions.
• Hands-on with AI tools: you write precise prompts, automate sourcing and outreach workflows, and critically review AI-generated outputs before applying them — using AI as a multiplier, not a shortcut.
• Upper-Intermediate or higher English (fluent written and verbal communication for hiring managers negotiations, candidate interviews, and team communication).
