Accede Solutions Inc. is seeking a client-focused Talent Partner to lead full life-cycle recruiting for our US teams. You will partner with hiring managers and HR to define roles, source candidates, screen, and guide discussions through offers with a consultative approach.

Remote role within the US, you will use data, market insights, and diverse sourcing channels to build a robust talent pipeline and ensure a positive candidate experience while aligning with Client’s values.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a full life cycle Talent Advisor/Partner.
• Consultative advisor, driving the recruitment process and outcomes.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other HR software.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and qualifications.
• Utilize data and market insights to advise on market realities or alternatives.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies across channels.
• Conduct thorough screening and assessment of candidates to ensure alignment with client requirements, culture, and values.

• Artfully manage offers and negotiations to achieve successful outcomes for both parties.

• Stay informed of industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices to improve recruitment processes.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of talent acquisition initiatives and projects.

As a client full life-cycle Talent Partner, you will join the global Talent Acquisition team and lead efforts attracting, sourcing, and selecting top-tier talent to join our team. You will work closely with hiring managers and HR partners in a consultative role to understand staffing needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience. This role can be remotely located anywhere within the US.

What You’ll Do:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and qualifications.
• Utilize data and up-to-date market insights to advice on market realities or alternatives.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies within a variety of channels.
• Conduct thorough screening and assessment of candidates to ensure alignment with Client’s requirements, culture, and values.
• Guide the manager and candidate through the interview phases, ensuring a robust and effective assessment process for Client and a smooth and engaging experience for the candidate.
• Artfully manage offers and negotiations, finding a successful outcome for both parties.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, growing the future pipeline.
• Support Client’s diversity initiatives by engaging in additional diversity sourcing when needed and supporting a diversity focus throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Stay informed of industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices to continually improve the recruitment process and experience.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of talent acquisition initiatives and projects.
