ESTEL ENERGY is expanding its international team and seeks an International Talent Acquisition Executive to source and hire across multiple markets. The role covers general trading, sales, and commercial functions, with recruitment across Thailand, Vietnam, South Korea, India, USA, and UAE.

Responsibilities include end-to-end recruitment, candidate screening, interview coordination, and pipeline management across time zones. Immediate joiners preferred.

Qualificações

• 1–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or a similar role.
• Experience with international recruitment is preferred.
• Experience recruiting candidates from Thailand, Vietnam, South Korea, India, USA, and/or UAE.
• Strong sourcing experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Zoho Recruit, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms.
• Experience hiring for Sales, General Trading, Procurement, or Commercial roles.
• Experience working with an ATS, preferably Zoho Recruit.
• Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Comfortable working with candidates and teams across different time zones.

• Maintain and update candidate profiles, recruitment stages, and hiring pipelines in Zoho Recruit.
• Conduct initial CV screening and candidate discussions.
• Build and maintain an active candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
• Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers across different time zones.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process and support offer closure.
• Work closely with management to understand hiring requirements and ensure positions are closed within the required timelines.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and provide regular hiring updates.

As we continue to expand, we are looking for an International Talent Acquisition Executive to support our growing recruitment requirements across multiple countries.

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and resourceful International Talent Acquisition Executive with experience in sourcing and hiring candidates across international markets. The candidate should be comfortable recruiting for Thailand, Vietnam, South Korea, India, USA, and UAE , with a strong understanding of sourcing candidates for General Trading, Sales, and commercial roles .

Key Responsibilities
