Job summary

Medtronic in Warsaw is seeking an Associate Credit Services Representative to support credit and collections for assigned accounts, engaging with customers in English and Swedish. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and no prior professional experience required.
• Fluent English and minimum C1 proficiency in Swedish with the ability to communicate effectively in a business environment both verbally and in writing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned customer accounts and perform collection activities to support timely payment of outstanding balances.
• Communicate with customers by phone and email in English and the required market language to resolve payment issues, clarify account information, and support payment arrangements.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, account activities, and collection outcomes within designated systems.
• Partner with Finance, Customer Service, and other internal stakeholders to investigate and resolve account discrepancies.
• Escalate complex customer, account, or workflow issues in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Follow documented processes, controls, and compliance requirements to ensure accurate and consistent service delivery.
• Utilise approved digital and AI-enabled tools to support workflow execution, information gathering, prioritisation, and customer communications.
• Contribute feedback on recurring issues, process gaps, workflow improvements, and automation opportunities to support continuous improvement initiatives.
