Job summary

Medtronic in Poland seeks an Associate Credit Services Representative to support credit and collections for assigned accounts, develop expertise in customer engagement and financial operations, and contribute to AI-enabled service delivery. On-site onboarding in Warsaw allows immersion in our technology-driven credit services team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, no prior professional experience necessary.
• Fluent English and Polish (C1) required for business communications.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and multiple systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned customer accounts and perform collection activities to support timely payment of outstanding balances.
• Communicate with customers by phone and email in English and the market language to resolve payment issues and support payment arrangements.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, account activities, and collection outcomes.
• Partner with Finance, Customer Service, and other internal stakeholders to investigate and resolve account discrepancies.
• Escalate complex customer, account, or workflow issues according to policies.
• Follow documented processes, controls, and compliance requirements for consistent service delivery.
• Utilize digital and AI-enabled tools to support workflow execution and communications.
• Contribute feedback on recurring issues and process improvements to support automation opportunities.
