Job summary

Medtronic in Warsaw is seeking an Associate Credit Services Representative to support credit and collections for assigned accounts, while developing expertise in customer engagement and finance processes.

You will collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to resolve balances, maintain account records, and contribute to operational excellence within a technology-enabled Credit Services organization. On-site onboarding is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with no prior professional experience required.
• Fluent English and German at least C1 for business communication.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• On-site Warsaw onboarding and training availability.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned customer accounts and perform collection activities to support timely payment of outstanding balances.
• Communicate with customers in English and German across the markets to resolve payment issues and support payment arrangements.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, account activities, and collection outcomes.
• Collaborate with Finance, Customer Service, and other internal stakeholders to investigate and resolve account discrepancies.
• Escalate complex customer, account, or workflow issues per established policies and procedures.
• Follow documented processes, controls, and compliance requirements to ensure accurate and consistent service delivery.
• Utilise digital and AI-enabled tools to support workflow execution, information gathering, prioritisation, and customer communications.
• Contribute feedback on recurring issues, process gaps, workflow improvements, and automation opportunities to support continuous improvement initiatives.
