Job summary

Medtronic in Warsaw is seeking an Associate Credit Services Representative to support credit and collections across assigned customer accounts. You will communicate in English and Dutch, maintain records, and collaborate with Finance and Customer Service to resolve discrepancies. On-site onboarding in Warsaw is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent.
• Fluent English and Dutch at C1 level for business communication.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and ability to learn multiple systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned customer accounts and perform collection activities to support timely payment of outstanding balances.
• Communicate with customers by phone and email in English and the required market language to resolve payment issues and support payment arrangements.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, account activities, and collection outcomes within designated systems.
• Partner with Finance, Customer Service, and other internal stakeholders to investigate and resolve account discrepancies.
• Escalate complex customer, account, or workflow issues in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Follow documented processes, controls, and compliance requirements to ensure accurate and consistent service delivery.
• Utilise approved digital and AI-enabled tools to support workflow execution, information gathering, prioritisation, and customer communications.
