Job summary

Medtronic in Warsaw is seeking an Associate Credit Services Representative to support credit and collections for assigned accounts within a modern, technology-enabled shared services setup.

You will engage with customers in English and Danish, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with Finance and Customer Service to resolve issues and ensure healthy cash flow. On-site onboarding in Warsaw is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and no prior professional experience required.
• Fluent English and minimum C1 proficiency in Danish in business contexts.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel/Outlook/Word).

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned customer accounts and perform collection activities to support timely payment.
• Communicate with customers in English and Danish to resolve payment issues and arrange payments.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and collection outcomes in designated systems.
• Collaborate with Finance, Customer Service, and other stakeholders to resolve discrepancies.
• Escalate complex issues per established policies and procedures.
• Follow processes and compliance requirements to ensure consistent service delivery.
• Utilise digital and AI-enabled tools to support workflow and communications.
