Job summary

PepsiCo Inc. is seeking a proactive professional to support the Cluster Supply Chain with customer service administration, order management and fulfilment, coordinating with customers, distributors and internal teams in Poland.

Key duties include stock analysis, proposing orders (VMI), processing changes, price checks, optimizing logistics, scheduling deliveries, managing returns and driving continuous improvements through data insights.

Qualifications

• University degree.
• Proficiency in English and Turkish.
• Min 3 to 4 yr experience within customer order management role; able to demonstrate good stakeholder management and alignment to external customer needs and expectations.
• Excellent analytical and numerical abilities; strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Customer Stock Analysis: consumer sales and inventory analysis; propose customer orders based on stock analysis (VMI).
• Order Management & Order Fulfilment: capture and validate orders, process changes, check pricing, optimize logistics, schedule deliveries, and manage returns.
• Coordinate between call center and departments; conduct analyses and create first level insights; support Continuous Improvements and Knowledge Management.
• Playing Key User role; coaching and mentoring team members; develop relationships with stakeholders within the Cluster Supply Chain.
