Job summary

PepsiCo Kraków is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Data Analyst to support the Customer Collaboration agenda with advanced analytics, reporting, and insights that drive data‑driven decisions across Commercial teams and Key Account Managers.

You will partner cross‑functionally with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, and Process Excellence to deliver dashboards, monitor service and forecast performance, identify bottlenecks, and propose efficiency improvements.

Qualifications

• University degree in a relevant field.
• Fluent in English and German.
• 8–10 years in a Supply Chain/CPG environment with customer-facing experience.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end Supply Chain processes and data analytics.

Responsibilities

• Supports the Customer Collaboration agenda by delivering structured analytics, reporting, and insights to Commercial teams and Key Account Managers.
• Partners cross-functionally with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, and Process Excellence to ensure alignment and effective execution of collaboration initiatives.
• Prepares and maintains customer-related performance scorecards, dashboards, and reporting.
• Identifies operational performance gaps and recommends process optimization and efficiency gains.
• Supports service performance reviews and business planning with data-driven insights.
