Job summary

Responsibilities

• Capture orders and manage order data in the system.
• Check pricing and optimize logistics for deliveries.
• Coordinate between call center and other departments to resolve issues.
• Create delivery details and follow up with 3PL/transport.
• Handle returns coordination and communications with customers.
