Job summary

Bechtel is hiring a Subcontract Management professional for the Poland AP1000 project in Lubiatowo. You will assist more senior staff with routine duties, data gathering, document preparation, and training sessions to ensure smooth subcontract performance.

You will monitor contractual obligations, prepare status reports, and coordinate with Engineering, Construction and Operations to support service requisitions and project goals in a fast-paced, safety-conscious environment.

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 2-5 years of relevant experience or 6-9 years of relevant work experience.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to establish collaborative and effective working relationships with internal stakeholders.
• Demonstrated oral and written communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of contract regulations, policies, and practices.

Responsibilities

• Acts on own initiative on assigned subcontracts of increasing value and complexity.
• Gathers and compiles support data for the preparation of documents and the management of subcontracts.
• Assists Subcontract Manager or more senior Subcontract Professionals in completion of tasks per guidelines.
• Monitors areas of subcontract performance, as assigned.
• Conducts investigations and inquiries into specific subcontracts problems, as assigned.
• Organises materials for meetings, presentations and training sessions, and prepares periodic status reports.
• Works with Digital Supply Chain and other Automation Tools.
• Duties involve formation and award of small value, routine-type subcontracts.
