Job summary

Bechtel in Poland seeks a Subcontract Management Associate to support senior professionals in routine duties, data gathering, and documentation for EPC projects with Polskie Elektrownie Jadrowe. You will prepare status reports, monitor subcontract performance, and help with negotiations and formation of subcontracts, collaborating with Digital Supply Chain tools.

Requirements include a bachelor’s degree and 2–5 years of relevant experience, plus strong communication and stakeholder collaboration

Qualifications

Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 2-5 years of relevant experience or 6-9 years of relevant work experience.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to establish collaborative and effective working relationships with internal stakeholders.
Demonstrated oral and written communication skills.
Basic knowledge of contract regulations, policies, and practices.

Responsibilities

Gathers and compiles support data for the preparation of documents and the management of subcontracts.
Monitors areas of subcontract performance, as assigned.
Assists Subcontract Manager or more senior Subcontract Professionals in completion of tasks per the Contract/Subcontract Management Guidebook.
Organises materials for meetings, presentations, and training sessions, and prepares periodic status reports.
Works with Digital Supply Chain and other Automation Tools.
