Job summary

Bechtel is seeking a Subcontracts Leader for a major AP1000 program in Poland. The role is based in Gdansk with frequent travel to the project site, leading change management, negotiations, and contract strategy across the subcontracting function.

International relocation is authorized for this position. The role requires a senior level of experience in contracts, strong communication skills, and the ability to travel within Poland to support workshops and client meetings.

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor's or master's degree (or international equivalent).
• 13–15 years of relevant experience or 17–19 years of relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead subcontract change management and claims activities.
• Develop and implement subcontract management strategies and plans.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Construction, and Operations to align subcontract work with project plans.
• Prepare and present Contracts recommendations and obtain approvals.
• Manage project subcontract managers and mentor the Contracts team.
