Job summary

Bechtel is recruiting a Contract Administrator to support subcontract administration for the Poland AP1000 Project. The role focuses on managing assigned subcontracts of moderate to high complexity, ensuring compliance with IWPP, Policy 230, and DSCS governance.

Working under the Contracts Manager, you will coordinate with Engineering, Construction, and Legal teams to deliver the project and maintain audit-ready records.

Qualifications

• Experience with subcontract administration for large-scale projects.

Responsibilities

• Administers assigned subcontracts throughout execution, including management of obligations and closeout.
• Reviews subcontract terms and provisions to identify risks and compliance concerns.
• Manages subcontract changes, amendments, and claims.
• Coordinates with Construction, Engineering, Project Controls, Quality, Procurement, Legal, and Risk Management.
• Maintains subcontract records, reports, and correspondence for audit readiness.
• Supports resolution of contractual and commercial issues with subcontractors and project stakeholders.
• Ensures compliance with IWPP, Policy 230, DSCS requirements and export controls.
• Uses project systems to manage workflows, approvals and records.
• Supports project audits and lessons learned related to subcontract administration.
