Job summary

Bechtel Poland is seeking a Subcontracts Manager for the AP1000 Project to lead subcontract strategy, formation, and administration at the Lubiatowo site. You will collaborate with Contracts, Project Controls, Legal, and Procurement to ensure successful delivery and robust commercial governance.

The role requires a bachelor's or master's degree and 13–19 years of relevant EPC or infrastructure experience, preferably in regulated environments.

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor's or master's degree (or international equivalent) and 13-15 years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated experience managing technically complex subcontracts on large EPC or infrastructure projects.
• Experience in regulated environments (e.g., nuclear, energy, major infrastructure) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop project subcontracting strategy and Contracts Execution Plan to support objectives.
• Lead contract formation and administration across assigned project areas.
• Provide leadership to Contract Administrators and other contracts personnel.
• Oversee subcontract formation, bidding, evaluations, and negotiations.
• Ensure subcontract administration aligns with procedures and contract requirements.
• Identify, evaluate, and mitigate contractual and commercial risks and opportunities.
