Job summary

Qualifications

• Willing to learn tools and processes related to Observability and IT support.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, resolve, and elevate tickets related to Observability and Monitoring.
• Take ownership of tickets with clear, high‑quality communication to the business.
• Aim to resolve issues at the 2nd level with detailed documentation.
• Provide general support, administration, and maintenance for the Observability platforms and applications.
