Responsibilities

• Investigate, resolve, and escalated tickets related to ServiceNow, focusing on business and process-related issues.
• Take ownership of tickets and ensure clear, high-quality communication with the business throughout the process.
• Aim to resolve issues at the 2nd level, providing detailed and accurate documentation for each case.
• Provide general support, administration, and maintenance for the ServiceNow platform and its applications.
• Follow established procedures, ensure compliance with segregation of duties, and meet SLAs.
