Job summary

Knauf Information Services GmbH is seeking a motivated Problem Management Intern to support the IT Service Management team in identifying, tracking, and analyzing IT issues. The role focuses on root cause analysis of incidents and building dashboards using ServiceNow or Excel.

You will work from our Katowice office, be enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program, and gain hands-on ITIL-based experience within a global IT organization. The internship lasts 6 months with 16–24 hours per week.

Qualifications

• You are currently enrolled student in a Bachelor's or Master's program in any field.
• Strong written and verbal English skills ( B2-C1).
• Attention to detail and good communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 and (preferably) ServiceNow.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities. Analytical mindset and eagerness to learn.
• Readiness to work only from our office in Katowice.

Responsibilities

• Summarize meeting notes and update problem records’ status. Support Problem Management team in conducing root cause analysis of incidents.
• Gather and organize information on recent incidents, which will help the team analyze trends and prioritize issues more effectively.
• Monitor the progress of open tickets and assist with corrective actions.
• Create basic visual reports or dashboards using ServiceNow, Excel or Performance Analytics.
