Job summary

Knauf Information Services GmbH in Katowice is seeking a motivated Problem Management Intern to support the IT Service Management (ITSM) team. You will help identify root causes of IT incidents, track resolutions, and prepare basic dashboards using ServiceNow and Excel.

The role requires a current Bachelor's or Master's student with good English and a detail-oriented mindset. The internship runs for 6 months with flexible hours (16 or 24 per week) and takes place on-site at our Katowice office.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program.
• Strong written and verbal English (B2-C1).
• Office-based role in Katowice; 16 or 24 hours weekly.

Responsibilities

• Summarize meeting notes and update problem records’ status. Support Problem Management team in conducing root cause analysis of incidents.
• Gather and organize information on recent incidents, which will help the team analyze trends and prioritize issues more effectively.
• Monitor the progress of open tickets and assist with corrective actions.
• Create basic visual reports or dashboards using ServiceNow, Excel or Performance Analytics.
