Job summary

Knauf Information Services GmbH is seeking a communicative, open-minded intern to join the Knowledge Management team in Katowice, Poland. You will help improve knowledge content quality, support authors, and contribute to knowledge sharing initiatives within the organization.

We value students with strong English, an analytical mindset and an interest in IT Service Management. The role offers mentorship, flexible hours (16 or 24 hours per week) and an internship contract for 6 months.

Qualifications

• You are an enrolled student in a Bachelor's or Master's program in any field.
• You have strong written and verbal English skills (B2-C1).
• You are interested in Knowledge Management, documentation, or IT Service Management.

Responsibilities

• Support knowledge article authors in reviewing and updating the articles.
• Perform article quality checks. Verify templates, taxonomy, and meta tags.
• Maintain knowledge base content and help prepare Knowledge Management newsletters.
• Support Knowledge Management initiatives.
• Collaborate with IT teams and stakeholders.
