Job summary

Qualifications

Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program.
Fluent English (B2-C1) written and spoken.
Willing to learn new IT tools, processes and technologies.
Able to investigate and resolve IT system issues.
Teamwork and escalation where needed.
Basic understanding of IT systems, workflows and service management.
On-site work in Katowice.

Responsibilities

Investigate, resolve, and elevate tickets related to Observability and Monitoring, focusing on business/process issues.
Take ownership of tickets with clear, high-quality communication with the business.
Aim to resolve issues at the 2nd level with detailed documentation for each case.
Provide general support, administration, and maintenance for Observability/Monitoring platforms and apps.
Follow procedures, ensure segregation of duties, and meet SLAs.
