Job summary

Sweco Design Center Poland is seeking a senior structural engineer to join its Poland team. You will perform structural calculations for building and industrial structures using Robot Structural Analysis and IDEA StatiCa, and develop BIM models with Revit.

You will ensure alignment between calculations and BIM models, apply parametric design, and contribute to tool development within the structural engineering department. Fluency in English is required, knowledge of Tekla is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in structural engineering with strong knowledge of structural calculations (Robot Structural Analysis, IDEA StatiCa) and BIM modelling (Revit).
• Involvement in Parametric Design within engineering projects.
• Background in industrial structures and understanding of their specific requirements.
• Very good communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Perform structural calculations for building and industrial structures using Robot Structural Analysis and IDEA StatiCa.
• Develop, maintain and update BIM models, with a strong focus on Revit.
• Ensure consistency between structural calculations and BIM models.
• Apply and further develop parametric design solutions within projects.

Responsibilities:

• Perform structural calculations for building and industrial structures by using Robot Structural Analysis and IDEA StatiCa;

Our Requirements:

• Practical involvement in Parametric Design within engineering projects;

• Very good communication skills in English (written and spoken);
• Good to have: Tekla knowledge.
