You will build talent pipelines, run proactive outreach, and ensure high-quality candidate experiences for our client partnerships within Financial Services and Banking sectors across the UK market. This role demands strong communication and data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability in direct sourcing using various tools and head-hunting techniques.
• Experience sourcing experienced talent within Financial Services or Banking.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement to build trusted relationships.
• Ability to screen, assess and qualify candidates against role requirements.
• Familiarity with recruitment technologies, databases, and ATS.

Responsibilities

• Identify, engage and attract high-quality candidates across multiple channels.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers, taking role briefs and offering market insights.
• Build and maintain sector-specific talent pools through referrals and proactive outreach.
• Engage, screen and qualify candidates, gathering key information for long-lists.
• Manage job board postings and client career-site postings to maximise reach.
• Collaborate with client services and delivery teams on progress and hiring needs.
• Maintain service levels and updates across recruitment systems.
• Participate in team meetings and share knowledge.
