Job summary

Alexander Mann Solutions is seeking a Principal – Talent Sourcing to identify and engage top talent for client partnerships across financial services and banking. You will shape sourcing strategies, build strong pipelines, and collaborate with recruiters and client teams to deliver high-quality hiring outcomes.

You will leverage diverse channels, maintain talent pools, and present data-driven insights to stakeholders while operating in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability in direct sourcing and candidate identification using a wide range of innovative tools and techniques.
• Experience sourcing experienced talent within Financial Services or Banking.
• Familiarity with the UK market recruitment across the UK.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement to build trusted relationships.
• Ability to screen, assess and qualify candidates effectively against role requirements.
• Familiarity with recruitment technologies, databases and applicant tracking systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, delivery-focused recruitment environment.
• High proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience presenting recruitment insights to stakeholders.
• Experience creating recruitment insights and translating data into actionable recommendations.
• Experience contributing to continuous improvement of sourcing strategies or processes.

Responsibilities

• Identify, engage and attract high-quality candidates across multiple channels.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers, capturing role briefs and market insights.
• Build sector-specific talent pools through proactive outreach and referrals.
• Screen, qualify and shortlist candidates for client roles.
• Manage job postings to maximise reach and impact.
• Collaborate with client services and delivery teams on progress and hiring needs.
• Maintain service levels and update recruitment systems.
• Share knowledge and insights in team meetings.
