Job summary

Alexander Mann Solutions is seeking a Specialist – Talent Sourcing to shape hiring strategies across regions. You’ll partner with recruiters and hiring managers to build robust talent pipelines and engage passive talent for pharma clients.

You will manage candidate responses to ensure an efficient, high-quality process and optimize job adverts to attract relevant candidates across multiple pipelines.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in sourcing and candidate screening across multiple role types.
• Strength in proactive sourcing, ownership, and adaptability in a fast-paced hiring environment.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter to engage passive talent.
• Strong communication skills in English and Arabic, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor by partnering with recruiters and hiring managers to develop and deliver effective sourcing strategies across legal and business roles.
• Provide market insight and talent intelligence to support hiring decisions across UK&I, EMEA and for high-volume needs.
• Lead end-to-end sourcing and screening by identifying, engaging, and qualifying candidates across pipelines.
• Ensure high-quality shortlisting aligned to role requirements while balancing specialist and high-volume hiring demands.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to share feedback and improve hiring strategies.
• Review and create compelling job adverts to strengthen employer branding.
• Use sourcing channels like LinkedIn and social media to attract talent.
• Engage candidates professionally across email, LinkedIn, social media and phone.
• Track sourcing activity and pipeline progress in recruitment systems.
