Alexander Mann Solutions in Kraków is seeking a Senior Recruiter with Dutch who thrives in high‑touch stakeholder environments and partners closely with hiring managers to deliver end‑to‑end recruitment for senior and complex roles.

You will apply market insights, guide attraction strategies, manage offers and onboarding, and contribute to continuous improvement across the recruitment lifecycle within AMS's hybrid, inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Dutch, both written and spoken.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, CV databases).
• Proven ability to engage and assess candidates and build high-quality shortlists.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end recruitment for senior and complex roles.
• Guide hiring managers on attraction strategies, candidate profiles, and timelines.
• Partner with Sourcing and Administration teams to ensure a high-quality candidate experience.
• Lead vacancy consultations, define role requirements, sourcing strategies, and the recruitment plan.
• Narrow and review shortlists ensuring candidates meet business expectations.
• Deliver a strong candidate experience from first contact to onboarding.
• Manage complex offer processes and negotiations with insight.
• Support demand planning, talent pipelining, and workforce forecasting with client leads.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and share best practices across the team.
