Qualifications

• Experience managing recruitment processes within professional services or similar environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building with senior leaders and hiring managers.
• Experience recruiting contingent workers in MSP/RPO or talent solutions environments.
• Consultative approach with market insight and ability to influence decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to challenge respectfully.
• Strong organisational and planning skills with multi-priority management.
• Experience in client-focused environments with stakeholder engagement and service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for contingent hiring and manage the lifecycle from requirement to offer.
• Provide expert market insights and recruitment strategy recommendations to stakeholders.
• Present candidate shortlists and facilitate interview and selection processes.
• Coach hiring managers on hiring decisions and negotiations where needed.
• Deliver a professional, consultative candidate experience reflecting AMS and client values.
• Identify opportunities to improve recruitment outcomes and stakeholder engagement.
